www999 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and www999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). 2 Eligibility

To register and use the www999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming activities are explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when depositing funds or placing bets on www999.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the www999 platform or any related service.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

www999 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close your account if any eligibility condition is found to be unsatisfied, whether at registration or subsequently.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on www999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

When registering your www999 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. www999 shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your www999 login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify www999 support immediately at [email protected].

www999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its security and compliance procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in your withdrawal being suspended until documents are provided.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on www999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports a range of payment methods available to Pakistan-based players, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at www999's discretion.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. www999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the associated winnings voided.

www999 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. However, transaction fees applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary are outside www999's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your www999 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on www999 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. www999 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within an average of 3 minutes for mobile wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash) and within the same business day for bank transfers.

The following conditions apply to all www999 withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC verification process before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to their respective wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• www999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is identified.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or refused where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, AML concerns, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

www999 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and event-based promotions (such as those tied to the HBL Pakistan Super League season). All promotions are subject to their specific terms, which are published alongside each offer on the platform.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all www999 promotions:

• All bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the promotion details. Games may be weighted differently for wagering contribution purposes.
• Bonus funds must be used within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on www999 — including Sic Bo, Jackpot Slots, live dealer tables, Cockfighting, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall take precedence with respect to account and payment matters, while individual game rules govern gameplay outcomes.

www999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from verified studios with transparent dealing processes. www999 does not manipulate game outcomes or provide any player with an unfair advantage.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the www999 platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players during live games, including sharing hand information or coordinating betting strategies.
• Using the www999 platform to launder money or conduct any financially fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made through your www999 account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards www999 staff, agents, or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the www999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game content, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of www999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the www999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any www999 content without explicit written permission from www999.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

www999 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at https://www999.games/privacy-policy. By registering on www999, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and improving the www999 service. www999 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, www999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or disruption of service caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

www999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

www999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We take reasonable measures to maintain platform security and availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

www999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Upon termination, www999 will process any verified withdrawable balance (net of any bonus obligations) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or AML concerns may be withheld pending investigation.

You may close your www999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. If you have a pending bonus balance at the time of voluntary closure, that bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other matter relating to your www999 account, you must contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted to [email protected].

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter will be escalated to our senior review team. www999 will provide a final written response to all unresolved complaints within 28 days of initial submission.

Game outcome disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game round completing. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted. Transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

15 Amendments to These Terms

www999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a notification on the www999 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the www999 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease use of the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
